THE RAINDANCE FIELD GUIDE
How to make a Raindance AI video from your photos
Choose the singer and partner, prepare readable photos, review the output and add the song when you post.
Start with the result you want
A Raindance short clip is usually a seaside sing-to-camera moment. A full couple recreation follows a longer sequence of pier and beach shots. Choose a generator that shows the format you want, its actual output and the total price before uploading your photos.
At Raindance Video, you can currently prepare and check a solo or duet composition. Video generation is coming soon. The steps below distinguish what works today from the planned delivery workflow.
1. Choose the cast
Use Solo for one person. Use Duet for a singer and a partner. The first photo supplies the singer; the second supplies the partner. Use the Swap roles button if you want to change the assignment. Only use images you have permission to process.
2. Choose readable photos
Choose one person per photograph, with the face visible and evenly lit. Avoid sunglasses, phones or hands covering the face. A waist-up photograph also gives the model information about hair, clothing and proportions. Photo validation checks file type, signature and size; it cannot guarantee likeness or artistic quality.
3. Preview the setting
Choose a golden-hour pier, rainy waterfront or evening reception. The reference scene shows the selected cast and setting. It does not animate the people or predict a finished result. Check photos validates the selected files without storing them or spending credits.
4. Generate and review when the service opens
Our planned format is an original 8-second 720p MP4 in vertical 9:16. Generation will require an available provider and a verified account. Review identity, extra people, hands, camera movement and the start and end of the clip before using it. A completed task is not a guarantee that a clip matches every creative preference.
5. Add the song on your publishing platform
The planned scene does not include the original Raindance recording. Where your account and intended use allow it, choose Dave and Tems' Raindance in the publishing platform's sound picker. Review platform-specific music permissions, especially for business posts. Adding a sound does not itself grant rights for every use.
To create a photo-then-video opening, place the photograph first and cut to the video on a beat in your editor. That opening is an editing step; our studio does not currently export a finished edit.
Label realistic AI-generated media
TikTok's AI-generated content guidance explains the platform's labeling rules. Review the current rules of whichever platform you publish on. The label concerns the synthetic visuals, independently of whether the music is human-made.
